Maybrook Saint James will consider investment into SME’s
in any commercial sector which meets our investment criteria
(See FAQ’s for more info)
and shows the capacity for expansion. We are seeking majority
shareholdings in companies of differing stages of development
and will consider involvement in outright acquisition,
second stage funding, growth capital and buy outs. The
Maybrook team has specific experience in the financial,
retail, construction and health services industries. In
addition we have experienced professionals from diverse
industry sectors who lend their expertise to current deals.
